| WHEN BOOKING, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO VERIFY THE FOLLOWING |
- Your pet does not have any fleas, ticks, or parasites.
- Your pet is over four months old.
- If female and unspayed, it has been more than four weeks since your pet's last menses.

| CHECKING IN |
- Pets should either be caged or on a short leash.
|
| DURING YOUR STAY |
- Pets may not go to the restaurant, salon, spa, banquet hall, or 3rd floor vending machine and laundry rooms.
- Pets should always be caged or on a short leash
- Please do not let your pet onto the balcony.
- Please be cautious when entering and exiting your room to ensure pets do not leave unaccompanied.
- Should your pet defecate while on a walk or otherwise, please use the provided baggie to gather the droppings and dispose of them in the appropriate receptacle (see map).
- Please clean up after brushing your pet.
- Grooming in the room is prohibited.
- Should your pet urinate in the room, please use the provided paper to mark the location of the urine.

| CHECKING OUT |
- First, please call the front desk. We will make preparations for check-out so everything will be ready and waiting for you. Then come down to the front desk via the designated elevator (see map).

| LIABILITY |
- The pet owner will be liable for any damage incurred to hotel property, including but not limited to furniture, walls, carpets, and goods.
- In the case of an emergency, you are responsible for your pet. Please make sure they do not harm anyone.
- The Beach Tower Okinawa takes no responsibility for the injury, illness, or death of a pet, except when the aforementioned is caused directly by a member of the hotel staff.
